93rd Kilmichael Ambush Commemorations at Castletownkinneigh

KILMICHAEL AMBUSH 2013 COMMEMORATIONS

This years Kilmichael Ambush commemorations will take place on Sunday 24th November .  They begin with 10:30am Mass (as gaeilge) in St. Joseph’s Church in Castletown Kinneigh, with local choir.  Prayers will follow at the graveside of those four patriots buried beside the church, namely: Michael McCarthy, Jim O’Sullivan, Patrick Deasy and Diarmuid Ó Mathúna.
